HR Business Partner (m/f/d) - Full-time | Munich | Permanent Employment

On behalf of our partner company in the south of Munich, we are looking for you as an „HR Business Partner (m/f/d)“ at the earliest possible date.

Tasks

• As an HR Business Partner (m/f/d), you will support and advise managers and employees in Germany and Austria throughout the entire employee lifecycle.
• In addition, you will be responsible for recruiting and onboarding and advise managers on labor law, organizational, and personnel issues.
• Furthermore, you will accompany talent, performance, and personnel development measures and support employee retention, succession planning, and change processes.
• In addition, you will manage HR reporting and personnel KPIs, support annual performance and salary processes, and ensure high quality of personnel data.
• You will work closely with Payroll, Finance, Works Council, and international contacts and pragmatically develop existing HR processes and structures.

Qualifications

• A degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or Business Psychology, or a comparable qualification, forms the basis.
• You have several years of professional experience as an HR Business Partner (m/f/d), HR Manager (m/f/d), or Personnel Officer (m/f/d), ideally complemented by experience in the retail sector.
• Sound practical knowledge in personnel support and recruiting, as well as confident handling of labor law issues and HR processes, are important.
• In addition, you work confidently with MS Office, especially Excel, have a high affinity for IT, and communicate fluently in German and English.
• You convince with initiative, consulting competence, and organizational skills, as well as a pragmatic, structured, and discreet way of working.
