About the Role

As an HR Business Partner (m/f/d), you will take responsibility for our now more than 400 employees, both at our HQ in Berlin and in our portfolio companies nationwide. As we grow monthly through acquisitions of property management companies, your responsibility will grow rapidly. To optimally fulfill the role, you will need a strong process understanding, expertise in labor law, and an entrepreneurial mindset and work approach.

Responsibilities

• You will develop nationwide HR systems. You will invent the people systems that enable us to grow to over 1,000 employees and roll them out.

• You will manage our HR system Personio, which is used nationwide, and ensure high data quality with your future team.

• You will meet with managing directors of our companies and discuss personnel issues with them. You will improve the HR processes of our companies nationwide.

• You will advise our HQ Leadership and our Property Management Team on all labor law matters.

You are a fit if you

• Are eager to build the HR department for 400 employees from scratch.

• Have over three years of full-time work experience in HR and have built processes from scratch and taken full responsibility for them.

• Have worked for at least 2 years in a high-growth environment, such as a VC-funded startup or a PE-funded company.

• Are very ambitious and would like to build your own team.

• Speak German at a native level.

• Wish to work in-office.
