HR Business Partner

Michael Page HR Business Partner will be the HR reference point for the plant and work closely with management and functional managers to support business growth, ensure correct HR process management, and contribute to the development of a performance-oriented, safe, and continuous improvement culture. The role will have both operational and strategic aspects, with a particular focus on organizational development, industrial relations management, and support for line managers. Specifically: - Business partnership and management support; - Talent Acquisition & Onboarding; - Performance Management & Development; - Employee Relations & Industrial Relations; - HR Operations Management. - Bachelor's degree in economic, legal, or humanities fields; - 5-6 years of experience in generalist HR or HRBP roles, preferably in manufacturing or industrial contexts; - Ability to work in dynamic environments with production flows and shifts. - Good knowledge of the English language.
