HR Business Partner – Manufacturing LATAM

We are looking for a strategic and hands-on HR Business Partner to support our manufacturing operations across Latin America. Key Profile: Strong experience in manufacturing environments Solid background in Organizational Development Budget planning, control, and administration experience Knowledge of labor markets and labor regulations Experience working with unions Advanced English (spoken and written) Key Responsibilities: Partner with business leaders to align people strategy with business objectives Develop and implement HR strategies that drive business results Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve organizational goals Provide expert advice on HR matters to business leaders Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations Identify and mitigate risks related to employment practices Support the development of a diverse and inclusive workplace culture Key Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field 5+ years of experience as an HR Business Partner Advanced English (spoken and written) Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
