Description The Job Partnering the line Collaborate with business leaders to understand their goals and challenges and make recommendations that support business objectives and enhance organizational performance Support organizational change initiatives and ensure effective communications Initiate, measure and enhance employee engagement and satisfaction Foster culture of continuous feedback and development Address employee relations issues and manage conflicts Talent Acquisition and Workforce Planning Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations Develop and implement HR strategies to drive business results Provide expert advice and guidance to management on HR-related matters Conduct needs assessments and develop training programs to improve organizational performance Analyze data and metrics to inform HR decisions and measure program effectiveness Identify and mitigate risks related to employee turnover, retention, and development Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders including employees, managers, and executives Foster a culture of diversity, equity, and inclusion Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures Provide support for special projects and initiatives as needed
