HR Business Partner International (m/f/d)

Our client is an internationally active industrial company with several thousand employees and a global presence. The organization has grown over decades into a complex corporate structure with a multitude of locations and stakeholders that need to be managed daily. The environment is clearly industrial, and the tone is direct and demanding. As part of an internal development, we are seeking, within the framework of an exclusive mandate, an HR Business Partner International for the HR-side support of international sales and service organizations in Western markets.

Responsibilities

Translation of business requirements into effective HR measures and advising executives on topics such as performance, succession planning, and talent development

Active support of change and transformation processes as well as promotion of an inclusive, values-based corporate culture

Analysis and management of HR-relevant topics based on KPIs, including escalation management

Building and maintaining robust relationships with local executives through regular presence at international locations

Proactively addressing leadership deficits through direct dialogue and supporting executives towards structured, documented processes

Interface function with HR contacts of international subsidiaries for smooth collaboration

Regular collaboration with law firms from international markets and coordination of implementation with local stakeholders

Support for the entire recruiting process within your own area of responsibility

Qualifications

Successfully completed degree in Business Administration or a comparable field of study

Ideally over eight years of professional experience in a generalist HR role, preferably in an industrial or production-related environment in Germany and internationally

Confident advising executives on an equal footing with clear positioning, even in a direct and demanding management environment

Experience with sales organizations is an advantage

Strategic analytical thinking combined with a high degree of people orientation, conflict sensitivity, and consulting competence

Pragmatism, assertiveness, and the ability to combine global standards with local peculiarities

International and intercultural competence as well as a high willingness to travel of approximately 30 percent

Very good business English
