Aufgaben

• Responsibility for the End-to-End Recruiting process: from screening to selection interviews to onboarding.
• Development and implementation of new strategies for attracting honorary talents.
• BUILDING AND MAINTAINING A STRONG NETWORK FOR TALENT ACQUISITION.
• Counseling and advising our honorary members in HR-related matters.
• Optimization and digitalization of internal HR processes.
• Responsible for on- and offboarding.
• Ensuring compliance with company regulations, guidelines and framework conditions.
• Tight cooperation with the Chief People Officer and the Board to implement the Recruiting and growth strategy.

Qualifikation

• Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Industrial Psychology or equivalent qualification.
• Experience in Recruiting/Talent Acquisition.
• Praxis in Aufbau und Skalierung of Recruiting processes (End-to-End), preferably in dynamic or decentralized structures.
• Knowledge and/or experience as HR Business Partner or in the personnel services industry (e.g. staffing, personnel consulting, employee leasing, RPO).
• Safe handling of interviews and selection methods.
• High social competence, empathy and communication strength – especially when dealing with honorary engaged individuals.
• Strategic thinking combined with a strong hands-on mentality.
• Readiness to work remote and flexibly as an honorary worker.
