HR Business Partner

Hire Resolves client is seeking an experienced and dynamic HR Business Partner to join our team in Durban, KwaZulu-Natal . This role is ideal for a strategic HR professional with a strong generalist background, proven experience in the supply chain or logistics industry , and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced and evolving environment. Responsibilities: Partner with business leaders to align HR strategies with organizational goals. Provide expert HR guidance across a wide range of areas including talent management, employee engagement, performance management, and organizational design. Develop and implement HR initiatives that drive business results and support the company's overall strategy. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure HR programs and policies are aligned with business objectives. Analyze HR metrics and data to inform business decisions and drive continuous improvement. Foster a culture of inclusivity, diversity, and respect, and ensure HR practices and policies are fair, equitable, and compliant with relevant laws and regulations. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Minimum 5 years of experience in HR, preferably in a supply chain or logistics industry. Strong understanding of HR principles, practices, and laws. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
