• Identification of structural challenges from an HR perspective and support for organizational development in change initiatives
  
• Development of a team development strategy within your areas of expertise
  
• Definition of the qualification potential of individual employees in close cooperation with senior executives
  
• Planning of hiring strategies in close cooperation with senior executives and the recruitment team
  
• Trustworthy HR sparring partner for the business and responsibility for strategic HR processes such as talent management & succession planning, as well as measures for employee engagement
  
• HR process optimization and taking over international HR special projects
  

• Responsible HR task with much scope for design
