HR Business Partner* and HR Manager* are welcome! Our client is a Global Player in the B2C environment. The importance of a modern HR strategy is written large here.
In the context of growth, we are looking for a motivated and open-minded HR Business Partner * for the modern office in Düsseldorf. The HR department is responsible for the company's success and expands its HR tools and skills daily to ensure employee well-being.
Task area:- Identification of structural challenges from an HR perspective and support for organizational development in change initiatives
- Development of a team development strategy within your areas of expertise
- Definition of the qualification potential of individual employees in close cooperation with senior executives
- Planning of hiring strategies in close cooperation with senior executives and the recruitment team
- Trustworthy HR sparring partner for the business and responsibility for strategic HR processes such as talent management & succession planning, as well as measures for employee engagement
- HR process optimization and taking over international HR special projects
Requirements:
Educated with a successful higher education degree, preferably with a focus on personnel management, psychology, social sciences or labor law
Multiple years of experience as an HR Business Partner with strategic and operational components, preferably from international structures
Comprehensive understanding of current HR practice and HR benchmarks
Experience in promoting inter-departmental cooperation and stakeholder management
Analytical and solution-oriented thinking combined with a developed empathy
Confident communication on all levels in English and German.
