We are looking for an HR Business Partner! | Hospital Sector

We are looking for an HR Business Partner with experience in the hospital sector and solid experience in talent recruitment and selection.

Main Responsibilities:

• Manage recruitment processes from start to finish.
• Identify and attract talent for operational, administrative, and specialized positions.
• Work closely with leaders and directors to define profiles and hiring needs.
• Track recruitment indicators and vacancy coverage.
• Propose strategies to improve attraction times and sources.
• Provide support to leaders on matters related to talent and people.
• Link growth plans with talent needs.
• Annual headcount planning.
• Create succession and replacement strategies.
• Performance evaluation.
• Management of incidents, staff departures
• Training, onboarding

We are looking for:

• Experience as an HR Business Partner, Generalist, or Senior Recruiter.
• Proven experience in the hospital, health, or medical services sector.
• Solid experience in recruitment and selection.
• Ability to work with leaders and profiles of different levels.
• Results-oriented, organized, and negotiation skills.

Location: Bosque de las Lomas, Cuajimalpa

Modality: 100% On-site
