Job description

HR Business Partner – Manufacturing Coordinator/Supervisor Level Location: Cotia – SP, Brazil Department: Human Resources Reports to: HR Manager Position Overview We are seeking a HR Business Partner to strategically support the Manufacturing areas, ensuring alignment between Human Resources practices and industrial business needs. This role is essential to strengthening operational leadership, driving performance, supporting organizational transformations, and ensuring a safe, productive, and efficient work environment. The ideal candidate will have experience in HR, manufacturing, or a related field, with strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and the ability to build effective relationships with stakeholders. Key Responsibilities: • Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives; • Collaborate with Manufacturing teams to identify and address talent gaps, develop training programs, and improve employee engagement; • Analyze data and metrics to inform HR decisions and optimize processes; • Provide guidance on labor laws, regulations, and best practices; • Support organizational transformations through change management initiatives; • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures; • Foster a culture of diversity, equity, and inclusion; • Develop and manage budgets for HR programs and initiatives. Requirements: • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; • 3+ years of experience in HR, manufacturing, or a related field; • Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data; • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; • Ability to build effective relationships with stakeholders; • Experience with HR systems and software; • Certification in HR (e.g., SHRM-CP/SCP) is an asset.
