What tasks have we prepared for the HR Business Partner at the 4F Logistics Center?

• close cooperation with management staff (mainly the logistics center) in terms of implementing business and HR strategy,

• consulting and support in the area of labor law, team management, performance appraisal, development, or issues raised by employees,

• active diagnosis of needs and implementation of appropriate solutions in subordinate structures,

• responsibility for all HR processes within subordinate structures: recruitment, onboarding, periodic appraisals, performance appraisal, development, working time management, rotation, retention, etc.,

• current analysis of key HR indicators and recommending appropriate actions,

• leading HR projects within the organization,

• cooperation with external entities (temporary employment agencies, schools, labor offices, etc.).

HR Business Partner​ in our team:

• has experience in a similar role in a production and logistics environment,

• excellently knows the specifics of work, challenges, and dynamics in logistics,

• is distinguished by a focus on achieving business goals, concrete action, and high interpersonal skills,

• is characterized by proactivity and autonomy in seeking solutions,

• has a fluent knowledge of labor law,

• knows English at least at a communicative level.
