Tasks

Make a difference as HR Business Partner in Zwolle

Thanks to your broad HR expertise, managers will have a strong sparring partner, and HR will develop alongside the organization's ambitions. As an HR Business Partner, you will independently advise your client groups on strategic, tactical, and operational HR issues. You move easily between organizational development, change processes, and concrete personnel casework. You critically examine existing processes and translate ideas into concrete improvements. You work closely with the HR Manager and other HR colleagues and have frequent contact with managers within, among others, Koninklijke Van Wijhe Verf and Mooij Verf. You also purposefully use HR and financial data to substantiate choices and independently undertake projects on themes such as strategic workforce planning, employee development, sustainable employability, and organizational and team development. In short, you take charge of:

• advising and supporting managers on strategic, tactical, and operational HR issues;
• guiding organizational development and change processes;
• independently initiating and realizing HR projects concerning, among others, strategic HR, development, and sustainable employability;
• analyzing HR data and translating insights into concrete advice and improvements;
• professionalizing HR processes and strengthening the broad employability within the HR team.

• a completed bachelor's degree, for example in HRM or business administration;
• at least 5 years of relevant experience within a broad HR function;
• experience with project management, change management, and organizational development;
• Excel skills, including independent work with pivot tables;
• experience within a family business is a plus.

Your work area

Your new workplace is at Koninklijke Van Wijhe Verf in Zwolle. From this location, HR supports the entire organization, including the Mooij Verf locations nationwide. The office is easily accessible via the A28 and from places like Kampen, Meppel, Apeldoorn, Deventer, and Raalte. With a full-time workweek, working from home is possible. At the same time, visibility is important: precisely by regularly being present on location, you stay close to managers and employees and know what is happening within the organization.
