Responsibilities

• Consulting and support of managers in all HR topics

• Responsibility for the recruitment process

• Support of development, conflict, disciplinary, and termination processes

• Participation in personnel, talent, and succession planning

• Further development of HR processes, instruments, and guidelines

• Management and participation in HR projects

• Support for site developments and new openings

• Conception and execution of training courses, workshops, and employee events

• Support of several locations within a decentralized HR organization

Qualifications

• Completed commercial apprenticeship

• Further training as an HR specialist with a federal diploma

• Several years of experience in a comparable role

• Very good German language skills

• Proficient IT skills

• You are a flexible and socially competent personality with an efficient way of working

• You have digital affinity and strong consulting skills
