In this function, you report to our HR Manager Operations & Employer Branding. This is what drives you: You support and accompany executives as well as employees in all personnel-related topics - from Talent Acquisition to Personnel Development up to challenging personnel questions. Together with the Hiring Managers and our Talent Acquisition Specialist, you recruit specialized and seasonal workers and create a convincing Candidate Experience. You function as a liaison between HR and the business units, ensuring that HR processes are aligned with business objectives. Your tasks include: • Developing and implementing HR strategies in line with business goals; • Providing expert advice to executives and employees on personnel-related matters; • Supporting the development of employee skills and competencies; • Identifying and addressing potential talent gaps; • Collaborating with hiring managers to develop job descriptions and interview questions; • Conducting interviews and assessments for new hires; • Onboarding new employees and ensuring a smooth transition into their roles. You will be part of our HR Operations & Employer Branding team, which is responsible for all HR processes, from recruitment to employee development and separation. Your strong analytical skills, combined with your ability to communicate complex information in a clear and concise manner, make you an excellent fit for this role.
