What awaits you

• You analyze HR processes along the entire employee lifecycle and develop targeted should concepts that fit organizationally, professionally, and technologically

• You translate technical requirements into solution-oriented architecture and process models and ensure they are meaningfully represented in SuccessFactors

• You lead workshops, moderate decision-making processes, and advise clients on selecting and prioritizing solutions

• You work closely with our technical SF-consultants, but you are not responsible for customizing or technical implementation

• You take on tasks in project or sub-project management, such as process design, test management, stakeholder management, or change/training

• You develop standards, best practices, and templates for HR transformation projects

• You serve as a bridge between HR, IT, and our technical delivery teams

What we wish for

• A deep understanding of HR processes, organizational structures, and end-to-end HR workflows

• First or advanced experience with SAP SuccessFactors – not in customizing, but in understanding the functional logic, process representation, and module-overlapping connections

• Experience from HR-(IT)-projects with, ideally from consulting

• The ability to structurally take on technical and professional requirements and transform them into clear conceptual models

• Experience in sovereign moderation of workshops as well as accompanying clients through complex decision-making processes including clear recommendations

• A highly methodical and analytical working style, e.g., in process modeling, analysis, documentation, and test conception

• A clear, professional, and convincing communication – both with HR- and IT-stakeholders

• Fluent German skills as well as very good English skills
