HR Business Advisor

For Municipality of Delft, we are looking for an HR Business Advisor. As an HR Business Advisor at the Municipality of Delft, you will play a key role in creating an inspiring and professional work environment. You will work closely with managers in your account. You will be involved in a wide range of HR activities, such as advice on recruitment and selection, absenteeism guidance, mobility and development of the organization. You will work closely together with various HR disciplines, including recruitment, absenteeism, legal position, organizational development and learning and development.

You will contribute to setting up and implementing HR policy and instruments. Whether it's about performance and evaluation conversations, training plans or strategic personnel planning, you ensure that everything runs smoothly. You follow the latest developments in your field and bring this knowledge directly into practice.

Your profile
You possess HBO/WO work and thinking level.
You have extensive and broad work experience as an HR Business Advisor within a government organization, preferably a municipality.
You are a pleasant conversation partner for managers and colleagues.
You are constructive, balanced and professionally flexible.
