HR Associate

We are hiring for HR Associates for our Recruitment Consultancy, who can work with us in a fast paced and challenging work environment.
Work Experience :- 0 - 1.5 yearsCTC :– 1 LPA – 2.16 LPA
Job Role & Responsibilities-
• Call all prospective candidates and do telephonic screening to shortlist the relevant ones for the allotted positions.• Screen applicants to evaluate if they meet the positions requirements• Be involved in Entry and Mid-Level Positions mandates largely from the BFSI Sector.• Work on Job portals like Naukri.com and LinkedIn.• Designing and updating job descriptions• Crafting recruiting emails to attract passive candidates• Research and recommend new sources for active and passive candidate recruiting• Advertise job openings on company’s careers page, social media, job boards and internally Provide shortlists of qualified candidates to hiring managers• Participate in job fairs and host in-house recruitment events Collaborate with managers to identify future hiring needs
Required Candidate profile-
• Fresher's can also apply.• Graduation is mandatory.• Good communication skills.• Minimum 6 months to 3 years of experience in recruitment.• Proficiency in job portals like Naukri .com and LinkedIn• Proven work experience as an HR Recruiter or similar role• Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems and resume databases• Experience with sourcing techniques• Understanding of referral programs• Solid verbal and written communication skills• Sound judgement
