HR Assistant (m/w/d) in Part-time

The Ubica Robotics GmbH is a successful Bremen startup with around 70 employees. We develop, produce, and distribute autonomous scan robots for the stationary retail sector and support them in digitalizing their processes.

To strengthen our team, we are looking for an HR Assistant / Personnel Officer (m/w/d) in part-time. If you enjoy organizational tasks, work carefully, and feel at home in a dynamic environment, we look forward to your application.

Tasks

• You take care of administrative personnel matters, e.g., employment and change contracts, certificates, and the maintenance of our (digital) personnel records
• You support in preparing the monthly payroll and ensure that all relevant information is complete
• You maintain time and absence accounts and work with our HR software
• You accompany the on- and offboarding of new colleagues and help to create a good start (or departure)
• You support our recruitment, review applications, coordinate interviews, and maintain contact with applicants
• You help with the organization of training and further education and ensure that everything is well documented

Qualification

• A completed commercial apprenticeship or a study, e.g., in the field of personnel, business administration, or comparable
• Ideal would be first experiences in personnel matters
• A structured and reliable work style
• A developed communication skill – in German and English
• Good MS Office skills, especially in Excel and Word
• Ideal would be experience with HR software (e.g. Personio)
• Pleasure in independent working in an interdisciplinary team
