Tasks
- Supporting our customers in defining search strategies and candidate profiles
- Taking over and leading own customer projects
- Identifying and qualifying suitable candidates through various channels like LinkedIn and Xing
- Scheduling and coordinating first interviews
- Maintaining and documenting customer projects
Qualification
- Experience in human resources is desirable
- You work structured, are willing to learn, and appreciate teamwork
