To secure our continuous growth, we are looking for a full-time HR-Assistant/in (m/w/d) for Human Resources at the earliest possible time.

Tasks

Your tasks:

• Part of the Human Resources department
• You support in recruiting from publishing job postings, to screening applications, and leading telephone and personal interviews
• You conduct self-initiated feedback conversations/personal conversations (quarterly)
• You support employees from onboarding to offboarding.
• You take over the maintenance of digital personnel files and create contracts, certificates, and performance reports
• You create decision-making templates, presentations, and evaluations
