HR Assistant - Werkstudent (m/w/d)

Join our HR team and support us in shaping personnel work at Joh. Sieben actively. You will gain exciting insights into all areas of human resources and can bring your ideas to a mid-sized family-owned company.

Tasks

• Support in the operational daily business of the personnel department
• Participation in the recruitment process – from job posting to candidate communication
• Support in organizing and conducting onboarding measures
• Maintenance and management of personnel master data and personnel files
• Creation of evaluations, presentations, and HR-relevant documents
• Support in projects in the areas of personnel development, employer branding, and digitalization
• Participation in administrative tasks around human resources.

Qualification

• Enrolled student in a relevant study program, preferably in business administration, human resource management, or a similar field
• First experiences in the HR department are advantageous but not necessarily required
• Excellent communication skills and enjoyment of dealing with people
• Good organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Fluent German language skills in writing and speaking
