Aufgaben
- You create and manage all HR documents and take over, in cooperation with HR Business Partners, contract management (employment contracts, additional agreements, certificates etc.)
- You process personal administration around the entire employee life cycle independently
- In close cooperation with HR Business Partners, you form a team that is a service-oriented point of contact for management, department heads and employees
- Together with the team, you lead, organize and maintain digital personnel files
- You create and support various reports
- You create general employee correspondence and certificates (e.g. invitation letters, diplomas, jubilee letters, side jobs etc.)
- In close cooperation with HR Business Partners, you work on personnel-related topics and continuously optimize and standardize our HR processes
- The self-managed processing, scheduling and assignment of requests in the HR ticket system is one of your daily tasks
- Support for planning, preparation and implementation of HR events (e.g. annual trainee start)
- Active shaping of the training management, including creating training contracts, entering trainers and close cooperation with the relevant chambers
Qualifikation
- You have completed a commercial education (with a focus on personnel) or a comparable education successfully and have ideally already gained several years of practical experience in operational personnel.
- Your responsible work style ensures the flawless processing of your tasks.
- You are an organizational talent and, in addition, stand out through very careful and conscientious working methods.
- Discretion and a high service orientation round off your profile.
- You are confident in handling MS Office programs (especially Word, Excel and PowerPoint).
- New to you is positive, has an open nature and is enthusiastic. You also have a strong team spirit.
- You have a desire for performance and see changes as opportunities.
