As an HR Advisor, your key responsibilities will include: • Providing expert HR advice to senior leaders and managers on all aspects of employment law, policy and procedure. • Developing and implementing HR initiatives that drive business outcomes and improve employee engagement. • Collaborating with the leadership team to develop and implement strategic plans for talent management, succession planning and organizational development. • Building strong relationships with stakeholders across the organization to ensure effective communication and collaboration. • Providing coaching and guidance to managers on HR-related matters, including recruitment, performance management, and employee relations. • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of HR-related data and metrics. • Staying abreast of changes in employment law and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.
