HR Advisor
Job description
As HR Advisor, you'll manage all aspects of HR, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management. This is a standalone role where you'll champion values like inclusion, trust, and support while building a positive, connected culture.

Description
- Manage end-to-end HR processes including recruitment, on-boarding, and off-boarding
- Provide advice on performance management, grievances, and disciplinary matters
- Maintain HR documentation and reporting
- Drive cultural initiatives such as social events and engagement activities
- Collaborate with HSE to support workforce needs
- Responsible for payroll and reporting (training provided if needed)
Profile
- 1+ years in an HR Advisor or similar role
- Approachable, personable, and confident engaging with all levels
- Strong generalist HR knowledge and ability to work independently
- Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport across all levels
- HR qualification or relevant experience
- Full Australian work rights
- Drivers licence
Job Offer
- Part time hours available - 3 days a week or 5 days during school hours
- Competitive salary range of $85,000 of up to $100,000 for outstanding candidates
