HR Advisor

We’re a Civil construction company based in Melbourne, delivering projects across government and commercial sectors. We’re looking for an HR Advisor to support our team both on-site and in the office Full time. This is a hands-on role where you’ll work closely with managers and site teams across the full employee lifecycle , including recruitment, onboarding, and day-to-day HR support. You’ll maintain HR records and systems, provide advice on workplace matters, and assist with performance management. You will also be responsible for ensuring compliance with relevant legislation and company policies. This role requires a high level of discretion, professionalism, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
