HR Advisor

What will you do?

As an HR Advisor, you will be part of a dedicated team of HR professionals. You will combine an analytical perspective with a practical approach and use data to provide concrete advice. You will support managers and MT members with various HR issues:

• Team composition and team development
• Occupational health and safety coordination and sustainable employability
• Culture development and job satisfaction
• Strategic personnel planning

In addition, you will play an active role in case management and absence support. You will be in charge of individual absence processes and ensure timely guidance for employees. You will monitor the Gatekeeper Improvement Act (Wet verbetering poortwachter), organize the SMO (Second Medical Opinion), and collaborate with the Occupational Health Service.

What do we offer you?

• An immediate permanent contract
• Salary in accordance with the VVT collective labor agreement, FWG scale 55 or 60: €6,171.02 gross per month for 36 hours
• Year-end bonus of 8.33% and holiday allowance of 8%
• Travel allowance of 25 cents per km

Who are we looking for?

You have at least 5 years of experience in an HR advisory role and a higher professional education (HBO+) or academic education in HRM. You can easily switch between operational, tactical, and strategic levels. You are available for 30-36 hours per week and are confident in your abilities. You are not afraid of challenges.
