HR Adviseur

As HR Adviser at our client in Amsterdam, you are responsible for both operational and strategic HR activities. The HR Adviser function is to be filled immediately between 24 and 36 hours per week with a starting salary of up to €4100,- gross per month based on 38 hours.

As HR Adviser at our client, you are responsible for implementing, developing, and implementing the HR policy within the organization. In this independent and versatile role, you will perform both operational and strategic tasks. You advise management on legislation, CAO interpretations, and various HR questions related to absenteeism, recruitment, and sustainable employability. Additionally, you work on professionalizing the HR policy and developing a solid HR framework with clear job descriptions, competencies, and guidelines. An important part of the function is digitizing and optimizing HR processes, including the implementation of AFAS.

In daily practice, as HR Adviser, you will be busy setting up the HR foundation, such as digitizing personnel files and making HR information accessible. You are responsible for the recruitment and onboarding process and coordinate all work related to induction. Additionally, you perform personnel administrative tasks, such as checking time registration, processing salary changes, contract management, and handling absenteeism. You maintain contacts with external parties such as the arbodienst and staffing agencies and function as a process coordinator and knowledge holder in areas such as absenteeism and recruitment. Furthermore, you participate in management meetings where you discuss HR reports and improvement plans.

You will work closely with the director as HR Adviser. Your main workplace will be Amsterdam, but you are also willing to work at locations in Volendam and Avenhorn.

• A minimum of 3 years of work experience in the field of HR;
• A completed related education;
• You speak good Dutch and English;
• Experience/knowledge with AFAS HRM (pocket app).
