HR Adviser region Zuid-oost

Therefore, we are looking for an HR Adviser who gets energy from connecting, advising, and further building on the professionalization of HR within our region Zuidoost. BUKO is an organization of doers and smart thinkers. We communicate in clear language and work with a practical, result-oriented approach. Key role In this key role, you will be a sparring partner for the regional director and the local management team. Your main tasks will be to provide HR advice and support to the region, focusing on employee engagement, talent development, and organizational change. You will also contribute to the development of HR policies and procedures, ensuring alignment with the organization's overall strategy. Furthermore, you will be responsible for monitoring and analyzing HR-related data, identifying trends and areas for improvement, and developing recommendations for the regional director and local management team. Your expertise in HR matters will help us to further professionalize our HR function within the region, enabling us to better support our employees and achieve our organizational goals. We are looking for someone who is passionate about HR, has a strong analytical mindset, and is able to work independently as well as part of a team. If you have a degree in Human Resources or a related field, and at least 3 years of experience in an HR role, we would like to hear from you.
