Job description

This HR role combines substantive advice with coordination and responsibility. As an HR Advisor Education at Lyceo, you will have the space to make a substantive impact and take on a broader role within the team. You will support managers, guide absence management processes, improve HR processes, and coordinate the activities within the HR and Payroll team. A versatile next step for an experienced HR professional who is substantively strong and already has experience in guiding, coordinating, or managing colleagues.
