In this role, you are the permanent HR point of contact for the location in Almelo with approximately 175 colleagues. You function as a sturdy conversation partner for management and translate personnel issues into both practical and strategic solutions. Themes such as career development, absenteeism, deployability, and sustainable deployability play a central role in your work.

You are part of a committed HR team that consists of colleagues within HR advice, salary administration, personnel planning, and an internal academy. Together, we build a professional, future-proof HR function.

What will you do?
In this broad HR advisory role, you will, among other things, be responsible for:

• Proactively advising management and employees on in-, during-, and outflow processes, including legislation and regulations.
• Supporting strategic personnel planning (SPP), where you translate personnel data into targeted choices for team development and future staffing.
• Guiding absenteeism files and coaching management with a focus on sustainable deployability, prevention, and compliance with the Wet verbetering poortwachter.
• Identifying bottlenecks in processes and proposing optimization of policy, protocols, and HR processes.
• Leading or supporting HR projects with impact, for example, in the field of culture, employee satisfaction, or development of HR instruments.

Job Requirements:

What do you bring?

• A completed HBO degree in HRM, Business Administration, or a comparable field.
• At least 4 years of experience in a broad HR advisory role, preferably in an operational work environment.
• Current knowledge of labor law and experience with absenteeism guidance.
• You think ahead, ask the right questions, and advise with conviction.
• You easily switch between operational and tactical HR issues.
• You are communicatively strong, organizationally sensitive, and know how to create a sense of ownership.
• You work independently, take ownership, and feel responsible for your files and collaboration.
• Experience with HR projects and process optimization is a plus.
