Job description
For Gemeente Woerden, we are looking for an HR Advisor.
From day one, you will be part of the P&O team. Together with 15 colleagues, you will work towards a pleasant and safe working environment. You will work together with your colleagues from the P&O Service Point, the other two P&O advisors, the strategic advisor, and the recruitment and selection advisors.
This team consists of a mix of young people and colleagues with years of experience, which means you will learn a lot from each other and come up with the best solution together. You work hard and have a passion for your job. If you don't see the solution right away? There is always someone available with a refreshing insight to help you on your way.
You will work from the beautiful office in the town hall in Woerden, an open and bright working environment where you meet your colleagues. Working at the city office in Oudewater, the countryside, project locations or from home is also possible.
You function as an advisor and a sturdy sparring and conversation partner for both management and employees within your domain. You are involved in various P&O issues on operational, tactical, and strategic levels and translate policy into practice.
