HR Advisor

For Gemeente Berkelland, we are looking for an HR Advisor. You are responsible for the HR theme of Learning & Development. You initiate, guide, and implement projects within this theme, including the Berkelland Academy, cooperation with Skillstown, and a training program. Additionally, you contribute to the development and implementation of the leadership program for 11 new team leaders.

Organization
