Job description
Salary: R29000 – R32000 per month
Remote Recruitment is hiring a HR Administrator for a UK-based employer, fully remote from South Africa, owning the employee lifecycle from offer to exit.
Role overviewYou will be the engine behind a UK people team. You will handle contracts, onboarding, records and queries, and keep HR processes accurate and compliant.
Key responsibilities- Prepare contracts, offer letters and employee documents
- Run onboarding and offboarding checklists
- Maintain accurate HR records in the HRIS
- Track leave, probation reviews and renewals
- Respond to employee queries and support recruitment admin
- Experience in an HR administration or people support role
- Experience with an HR system such as BambooHR or Workable
- Strong written English and attention to detail
- Discretion with confidential information
- Excellent organisation and follow-through
- Familiarity with UK employment practice
- Experience with recruitment coordination
- Experience building HR reports in Excel
This is a full-time, 100% remote role working UK hours, 09:00–17:00 UK time (11:00–19:00 SAST). You will join a friendly UK team, receive clear onboarding and support, and work with a company that values reliability, communication and growth.
