HR Administrator

Cultivar Asia is a trusted HR outsourcing and staffing partner offering professional services in recruitment, outsourcing, and workforce management. As part of our growing HR services division, we are looking for a detail-oriented and committed team member to support our work pass application service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare, submit, and manage applications for Employment Pass (EP), S Pass, and Work Permit through MOMs online systems.
• Liaise with clients and candidates to gather required documents, forms, and information.
• Track application status and follow up with authorities or clients where necessary.
• Ensure compliance with MOMs latest policies and documentation requirements.
• Maintain accurate records and reports for each application case.
• Provide clear updates and timelines to internal and external stakeholders.
• Willing to learn PR application process will be advantageous.

Requirements:

• 1-2 years of relevant experience in Work Pass processing, administrative HR, or employment agency background.
• Good understanding of MOM policies and Singapores work pass framework.
• Strong administrative and communication skills.
• Proficient in written and spoken English.
• Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
