Job description

The Finance, HR & Legal division of Randstad Professional Leaders Search & Selection, on behalf of a solid and structured industrial reality, is looking for an HR Administration Specialist.


The figure, integrated within the HR function and reporting directly to the HR Administration Manager, will be responsible for the administrative management of the employee lifecycle, ensuring the correct management of compliance, attendance, and payroll variables, as well as supporting employees and the HR function in administrative and remuneration matters.


Main Responsibilities:


  • Administrative management of the employee lifecycle: hirings, transformations, extensions, and terminations;
  • Preparation of contractual documentation and mandatory communications;
  • Management and control of attendance, absences, holidays, leaves, and overtime through the Zucchetti application;
  • Entry and updating of personal and organizational data required for payroll processing;
  • Management of the relationship with the external payroll provider and verification of the processed payslips;
  • Control of the correct application of remuneration, contribution, and tax elements;
  • Management of administrative obligations towards INPS, INAIL, pension funds, and healthcare funds;
  • Management of procedures related to maternity, parental leave, sickness, accidents, and leaves;
  • Support in the application of contractual provisions provided by the applied National Collective Labor Agreements (CCNL);
  • Preparation and analysis of HR reporting and personnel KPIs;
  • Support in the processing of personnel cost forecasts and budgets;
  • Analysis and monitoring of personnel costs;
  • Support to HR Managers and employees for clarifications on administrative and remuneration matters;
  • Management and support of procedures related to Expats;
  • Collaboration with Finance/Controlling functions for reconciliation and monitoring of personnel costs;
  • Support for annual personnel administration compliance.


Requirements:


  • Diploma and/or degree, preferably in economics/law/labor consulting;
  • At least 3 years of experience in similar roles within personnel administration;
  • Experience in using Zucchetti software;
  • Excellent knowledge of payslip structure and ability to perform independent checks;
  • Knowledge of the principles governing the calculation of social security contributions, welfare contributions, and employee taxes;
  • Knowledge of main administrative compliance procedures (UNIEMENS, F24, CU, etc.);
  • Knowledge of main contractual provisions and labor law regulations;
  • Good analytical ability regarding personnel costs;
  • Good knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel;
  • Knowledge of HR management systems will be a welcome requirement.



What we offer


The position offers a permanent contract, with an annual gross salary (RAL) of €40,000.


Work location: Bologna.
