Ali Lavoro is a labor agency part of W Group, international HR platform. For over thirty years, we have been a reference point in Italy and today we are expanding the team of our Milan branch office. We are looking for someone who wants to grow in a dynamic context, developing 360-degree skills on the world of HR.

The role: What will you be responsible for?

• Recruiting & Selection: You will manage independently the selection processes, from talent attraction to interviews, using your empathy to truly understand who is in front of you.
• Administrative Management: You will follow up on hiring practices with precision and organization.
• Client Relationship: You will become a trusted point of reference for client companies, supporting the team in commercial development and achieving goals.

• Curiosity: You want to learn, discover new talents, and understand the dynamics of the Milanese market.
• Propositive: You do not wait for things to happen; you make them happen. You like bringing solutions and new ideas to the table.
• Organization: You know how to manage priorities and move with agility between deadlines, interviews, and client management without losing your thread.
• Empathy: You know how to listen. For you, human relationships are the foundation of success, whether with candidates or clients.
• Digital Mindset: You have excellent familiarity with the Office package and GSuite.
