Eurointerim Eurointerim Spa - Filiale di Bergamo, is looking for a professional profile to be inserted within the Recruiting & Selection function as: HR ACCOUNT Job Description: The professional figure sought after by HR Account, inserted within its own team of work, will be responsible for managing recruitment and selection activities, actively contributing to achieving the objectives defined with the Direction and agreed upon with its group. Within our organizational structure, agile, reactive, and non-hierarchical, the professional figure of HR Account may be responsible for the following activities: - Job Description analysis, selection interviews, evaluation, and writing of Dossier - Activation of recruitment channels, publication of job announcements, screening of Curricula, evaluation of skills - Active support in developing commercial activities and identifying new potential Clients - Autonomous management of personnel research assignments and possible testing activities - Contacts with external entities, development of new collaborations (schools, Universities, Municipalities, etc.) and participation in events - Reports with client companies, consulting on selection and labor relationship issues - Personnel management and support in administrative activities Competences required: The requirements for the role are: - At least 3-5 years of experience in recruitment and/or commercial roles at employment agencies - Predisposition to public contact and interpersonal relationships - Attitude towards goal-oriented work and teamwork Type of hiring: Based on experience, the hiring will be evaluated as either indefinite or initial fixed-term contract aimed at permanent hiring Availability: Both full-time and part-time figures will be evaluated Salary: Personalized remuneration package commensurate with experience. Additional integrations will include meal tickets and performance bonuses.
