Ali Lavoro, a specialized labor agency for personnel placement and recruitment, has been present in Italy for over thirty years and is part of W Group, an international HR platform, is looking for a HR Account for the Brescia branch who has curiosity and wants to grow in a dynamic and stimulating context, developing transversal skills on the HR world.

About what you will be responsible for?

• You will manage independently the process of recruitment and selection, directly relating with candidates;
• You will follow the practices of personnel placement of the agency;
• You will contribute to establishing trust-based relationships with clients of the branch, becoming their first point of reference;
• You will support the team in commercial activities, contributing also you to the success of the branch and achieving ambitious goals.

Requirements

Your profile

• We do not require extensive experience in the field - if there is any, it will not be taken into account - but a strong interest in Human Resources in a consulting context;
• The passion is the engine of life and we would like to meet young people with curious eyes, full of enthusiasm and driven every day by the desire to become the best version of themselves;

• commercial propensity and relational skills, because the greatest satisfactions come from our clients;
• proactivity and flexibility that will allow you to perform all the activities expected of your role at the maximum of your potential in a dynamic context and in continuous evolution;
• ability to work for objectives and in team, because alone one can do little, together one can do much;
• digital mindset and familiarity with the main IT tools (office package; GSuite), because they improve time management and your work.
