Description of the position – Maintenance Technician

As a Maintenance Technician, you will directly contribute to ensuring the continuous and efficient operation of production equipment, so that technological processes can run without interruptions.

Main responsibilities:

• Performing preventive and corrective maintenance on industrial machinery;
• Diagnostics and intervention on equipment (electrical, mechanical, hydraulic/pneumatic);
• Closely collaborating with the production team to optimize downtime;
• Monitoring performance parameters and reporting defects;
• Implementing technical solutions for improving equipment availability.

Candidate profile:

• Tech studies (mechanics, electrical engineering, automation);
• Relevant experience in industrial machinery maintenance;
• Basic knowledge of reading electrical and mechanical diagrams;
• Analytical spirit and orientation towards rapid problem-solving;
• Good communication skills;
• Teamwork capacity and responsibility.
