At STEP Engineering, you design and work out main structural components from beautiful sustainable wood construction projects, where CLT and glued laminated wood can also be used as a building material. Calculating detailed connection details is also part of your tasks. With us, you'll get a lot of freedom and we expect self-reliance from you in return. Short lines characterize our communication structure. You're part of a knowledgeable and driven team and are responsible for the successful and correct engineering of your project(s). You strive to deliver quality and are able to spar directly with colleagues, the client, architect, project developer, contractor or wood supplier.

You're an enthusiastic and always eager-to-learn constructor who wants to further develop yourself in wood construction. Furthermore, you have:

• A completed study TU/HBO Civil Engineering majoring in structures.
• A completed HTI or HVA training is a plus.
• At least two years of experience as a constructor.
• Experience in wood construction, CLT constructions, HSB and complex glued laminated constructions is a plus.
• (Project leadership in consultation).
