Job description
The holder of this position is responsible for cleaning and maintaining guest room floors, terraces, windows, carpets, furniture, and upholstery.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- To carry out tasks such as removing trash, vacuuming carpets, and dusting furniture.
- To request necessary cleaning articles and materials in a timely manner for the development of activities.
- To support movements of furniture and equipment when required.
- To clean terraces and grills in rooms that are occupied.
- To supply necessary supplies in the area.
- To keep work tools clean.
- To report any anomaly, damage, or defect to the immediate supervisor.
- To follow the Internal Regulations, organization manuals, and procedures.
- Inventories of missing pieces.
- To clean, wash, and polish by hand with manual tools, carpet cleaners, and upholstered furniture.
- To vacuum and clean room interiors to dry carpets and upholstery.
- To apply cleaning agents to remove exterior and interior stains.
- Knowledge in handling upholstery washing machines.
- Knowledge of Upholstery Chemicals.
