Job description

The holder of this position is responsible for cleaning and maintaining guest room floors, terraces, windows, carpets, furniture, and upholstery.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

To carry out tasks such as removing trash, vacuuming carpets, and dusting furniture.
To request necessary cleaning articles and materials in a timely manner for the development of activities.
To support movements of furniture and equipment when required.
To clean terraces and grills in rooms that are occupied.
To supply necessary supplies in the area.
To keep work tools clean.
To report any anomaly, damage, or defect to the immediate supervisor.
To follow the Internal Regulations, organization manuals, and procedures.
Inventories of missing pieces.
To clean, wash, and polish by hand with manual tools, carpet cleaners, and upholstered furniture.
To vacuum and clean room interiors to dry carpets and upholstery.
To apply cleaning agents to remove exterior and interior stains.
Knowledge in handling upholstery washing machines.
Knowledge of Upholstery Chemicals.
