Housekeeping Supervisor
Job description
Join our team as Housekeeping Supervisor at Susurros del Corazón in Punta de Mita, Mexico, reporting to the Director of Housekeeping. You will be responsible for elevating the brand of Susurros del Corazón through the lens of each one of our resort's guests' experiences, also ensuring that the highest standards of service are met and that the guest experience exceeds expectations. You will work closely with the Director and Assistant of Housekeeping to establish and maintain department objectives, operational standards, guest relations, and team member management,
- Prepare daily assignment reports in conjunction with coordination
- Deliver active and dynamic briefings, reviewing all relevant information for the day's activities, including daily arrivals, standards, values, GIR, NG etc.
- Review that each team member understands the day's priorities
- Review Line Staff presentation (clean uniform, personal hygiene, tennis shoes, socks, etc.)
- Supervise and review rooms and residences according to standards, and operational needs
- Update the system with the real status of rooms
