Housekeeping Supervisor (m/w/d) Employment type: Full-time Leadership and coaching of the Housekeeping team – motivation, training, and support of employees to ensure that they can provide exceptional service to our guests. This includes but is not limited to: • Supervising and coordinating the daily activities of the Housekeeping team • Ensuring that all rooms are cleaned and prepared according to hotel standards • Maintaining high levels of cleanliness and organization in public areas • Providing excellent customer service to guests • Handling guest complaints and resolving issues promptly • Participating in training sessions and workshops to improve skills and knowledge • Collaborating with other departments to ensure seamless operations • Maintaining accurate records and reports • Performing other duties as required.
