Housekeeping Supervisor

Job description:

To be responsible for leading and supervising the housekeeping team at the hotel. Must ensure that rooms and common areas within the building are clean, tidy, and well-presented, meeting the hotel's cleaning standards. Responsibilities include:

• Supervise the housekeeping team in the performance of their daily tasks, ensuring that they meet the hotel's cleaning and presentation standards.
• Coordinate with other departments, such as reception and maintenance, to ensure that rooms are ready for guest check-in and resolve any issues that may arise.
• Conduct regular inspections of rooms and common areas at the hotel to ensure they are in optimal condition and meet the hotel's quality requirements.
• Maintain an updated inventory of cleaning supplies and ensure timely replacements.
• Train and motivate housekeeping staff to meet the hotel's cleaning and presentation standards, and provide exceptional service to guests.
• Resolve any complaints or issues related to the housekeeping department and take corrective measures to prevent recurrence.
