As a Housekeeping Manager, you will be responsible for the overall management of the housekeeping department, including staff supervision, inventory management, and quality control. Your tasks will include: • Supervising and coordinating the work of the housekeeping staff, ensuring that all rooms are cleaned and prepared according to our high standards; • Managing the inventory of cleaning supplies and linens, ensuring that we always have sufficient stock on hand; • Conducting regular quality control checks to ensure that our high standards are met; • Developing and implementing strategies to improve efficiency and reduce costs in the housekeeping department; • Collaborating with other departments to ensure seamless communication and cooperation.
