As Housekeeping Manager, you are responsible for structure, standards, and collaboration in a central area of the house – and shape the atmosphere, quality, and reliability in daily operations. Overall responsibility for the Housekeeping at Villa Florhof Leadership and training of the Housekeeping team Creation of service and cleaning schedules Establishment of quality control measures Development of a comprehensive cleaning concept Implementation of sustainable practices and environmentally friendly solutions Monitoring and evaluation of the effectiveness of the Housekeeping processes Continuous improvement of the Housekeeping services through regular feedback and staff development.
