Housekeeping Coordinator - Armani Hotel Milano

Hosco Armani Hotel Milan, a prestigious 5-star luxury hotel located in the heart of Milan's renowned fashion district, is seeking a dedicated and proactive HSK Coordinator to join our esteemed team. MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

The HSK Coordinator supports the organization, coordination, and supervision of all housekeeping activities within the hotel, ensuring that high-quality standards are maintained at all times. This includes:

• Coordinating and supervising the daily cleaning schedule for guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces;
• Maintaining accurate records of housekeeping tasks and reporting any issues or concerns to management;
• Ensuring that all housekeeping equipment is properly maintained and in good working order;
• Participating in the development and implementation of new housekeeping procedures and standards;
• Providing exceptional customer service by responding promptly to guest requests and resolving any issues that may arise.
