Housekeeping Attendant

The Mantra Meridien & Breakfree North Adelaide is searching for dedicated Casual Housekeeping Room Attendants, Houseman and Public Area Cleaners to join our welcoming team. We are a 95-room hotel with active conference and events spaces, and our housekeeping staff are the heart of the guest experience —ensuring every room and space sparkles! The Role and Your Responsibilities Reporting to the Housekeeping Manager, you will be responsible for: • Cleaning and maintaining all areas of the hotel, including rooms, corridors, public areas, and back-of-house facilities. • Ensuring that all areas are clean, tidy, and well-maintained at all times. • Restocking linens, toiletries, and other supplies as needed. • Responding to guest requests and resolving any issues promptly. • Working effectively with the hotel's events team to ensure seamless execution of conferences and events. • Maintaining a high level of attention to detail and ensuring that all tasks are completed to a high standard. The Ideal Candidate We're looking for someone who is: • Positive, friendly, and approachable. • Detail-oriented and able to work independently. • Able to lift 25kg (55lbs) and stand for long periods. • Willing to learn and take on new responsibilities. • Passionate about delivering exceptional guest experiences.
