Your tasks - Planning and execution of maintenance work, green care, cleaning, waste disposal, and winter service - Care and monitoring of technical facilities (HLKSE), GLS system, and locking systems (KABA) - Coordination and control of schedules and services from external service providers - Recording of workload and leading object journals - Customer service and tenant management - Participation in the on-call duty (approx. 1 week per month)

Your profile - Completed vocational training, ideally with a certificate in facility maintenance or housekeeping - At least 3 years of professional experience - Experience with building management systems (including remote access) is an advantage - Good PC skills and IT affinity - Mother tongue German or very good knowledge - Structured, solution-oriented work style and high quality awareness - Teamwork, communication strength, and pleasure in customer contact - Category B driver's license required
